So they called them and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus. But Peter and John answered and said to them, "Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you more than to God, you judge. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.” Read Acts 4 Authorities are appointed by God, not elected by people. So, followers of Christ get along well with authorities, until antichrist sneaks some of his ungodly people into places of authority. When those so called authorities from hell try to force us to not do what God has called us to do, we must rise up against them and refuse to obey them. We are the head of authority, not the tail. We are not to be governed by ungodly forces such as Islam or Atheism. Christ's Government lives within us now, even in this ungodly world which is headed towards hell at a high rate of speed. We are at war with antichrist authorities.
If you are being led by the Spirit of the Lord, you are a governing authority whom Christ has appointed.You are the light which casts out darkness.
